This drill is designed to get hitters to feel the correct upper body posture at the launch position. For this drill you will need a PVC pipe so that the hitter can use it to feel the right moves with the shoulders.

This drill is designed to get hitters to feel the proper sequencing in the swing. Specifically, the hips pulling the upper body through. In this drill you will need a medicine ball, ideally between 6-10 pounds.
